China’s DUV Chip Making Machine Is Far Off From Being A Threat To ASML, Says Report

Reuters says a Chinese state-owned company has developed a domestic DUV chipmaking tool, but it still needs more testing.

The machine is an immersion scanner and does not appear close to ASML’s performance or its market dominance in advanced lithography.
