Yoshinoya launches new ramen brand “Toryoshi”

Yoshinoya HD subsidiary Kiramekino Mirai launched a new ramen brand, Toriyoshi, in Settsu, Osaka on August 1.

The Kyoto-style chicken paitan shop inherits techniques from the existing KIRAMEKI NO TORI brand.

The menu includes shoyu, shio, and miso ramen, plus side dishes such as fried rice and pork kimchi.

The move supports Yoshinoya HD’s push to expand its ramen business as a growth area and build new revenue streams.
