As Artemis II zooms to the Moon, everything seems to be going swimmingly

Artemis II completed its translunar injection burn Thursday, placing Orion on course for a lunar flyby.

The four astronauts spoke with family, did media events, and held routine medical check-ins with Houston doctors.

Commander Reid Wiseman sent a long-exposure photo showing two auroras and zodiacal light on Earth’s night side.

The crew will make their closest approach Monday and splash down in the Pacific off Southern California on April 10.
