Tesla offers "3 years free charging" with new car purchases in Japan

Tesla’s Japan unit is offering three years of free Supercharger use for new-car buyers whose vehicles are delivered between April 1 and June 30.

Eligible vehicles are in-stock or custom-ordered Model 3 (sedan) and Model Y (SUV).

Vehicle prices start at ¥5,313,000 for the Model 3 and ¥5,587,000 for the Model Y (tax included).

Subsidies: eligible for a CEV subsidy of ¥1,270,000; Tokyo residents can also receive a Tokyo subsidy of ¥400,000 (up to ¥800,000).

Supercharger network: 146 locations and 726 stalls across Japan (as of April), up to 250 kW and about 15 minutes for up to 275 km of range. Overage fees, used cars, and commercial use are excluded; delivery by June 30 is not guaranteed if order/registration timing prevents it.
