World of Warcraft is getting a sub price increase in several countries, and it couldn't come at a worse time

Blizzard will raise World of Warcraft subscription prices in the UK, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Turkey starting June 22, 2026.

The increase will vary by region, and Turkey will shift to Euro-based billing.

The move comes as patch 12.0.5 is still causing major bugs and temporarily disabling player housing in some regions.

The timing is drawing attention because it hits players in lower-income markets while the game remains technically unstable.
