Kobo e-readers now have Storygraph integration, another move to close the gap with Amazon

Rakuten Kobo announced that Storygraph integration will roll out to all Kobo e-readers and apps in June.

Reading progress will sync automatically to Storygraph, and books can be marked as read there.

The partnership gives Kobo users a built-in tracking option that competes with the Kindle-Goodreads ecosystem.

It also strengthens non-Amazon choices in digital reading and book tracking.
