iPhone 18 Pro battery capacity expected to see a slight increase over its predecessor

A supply-chain leak says the iPhone 18 Pro may get only a small battery capacity increase over the U.S. iPhone 17 Pro.

That is a more modest upgrade than earlier reports suggested for the Pro Max.

The leak says real battery-life gains may depend more on TSMC’s 2nm A20 Pro chip efficiency than on battery size alone.
