Anthropic unveils 'Project Glasswing' to protect the security of globally critical software, with AWS, Apple, Google, and the Linux Foundation among participants

Anthropic launched Project Glasswing with AWS, Apple, Google and other major partners.

The effort uses Claude Mythos Preview to uncover vulnerabilities in critical software and share findings across the industry.

Access will expand to more than 40 additional companies and open-source projects.

The initiative could strengthen security for widely used software and critical infrastructure.
