Asus and HP unveil Intel Wildcat Lake laptops starting at $449 to rival Apple's MacBook Neo

Intel has launched its Core Series 3 Wildcat Lake chips, and OEMs like Asus, HP, Honor, and Chuwi are already listing matching laptops in China.

The lineup spans budget to more premium models, including Chuwi UniBook systems and devices such as the Asus Vivobook, HP OmniBook 3, and Honor Notebook X14.

These laptops use the new Core 3 304 and Core 5 320 platforms, with pricing starting around $449 on JD.com.

The move gives Intel a low-cost notebook platform that could help PC makers cut costs and better compete with Apple’s MacBook Neo.
