Assassin’s Creed Odyssey saw a major player surge in July 2026 after Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey hit screens.

Active users rose by about 90%, with an estimated 233,000 players across major platforms.

Its Greek setting, low price, Game Pass access, and Ubisoft promotion likely helped drive the rebound.

The renewed attention has also fueled speculation about a possible remake.
