I Built My Own AI Back Office. Anthropic Just Made That Unnecessary.

Anthropic launched Claude for Small Business on May 13, bundling prebuilt agentic workflows and app connectors into one product.

The package includes 15 ready-to-use workflows and 15 skills that connect to tools like QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

It is designed to make AI easier for small businesses by cutting the need for custom builds and speeding up routine back-office automation.

Anthropic says the features come at no extra cost beyond the Claude license.
