Canon’s latest EOS R6 camera goes V for video

Canon unveiled the EOS R6 V, a $2,499 full-frame mirrorless camera built for video creators.

It drops the viewfinder and mechanical shutter, adds active cooling, and supports 7K RAW plus oversampled 4K capture.

The camera includes pro monitoring tools such as waveform, false color, and zebras for easier on-set shooting.

Canon also announced a $1,399 RF 20-50mm f/4 L IS USM PZ lens with internal power zoom and no focus breathing.
