Tencent Shuts Down AI Lab Amid Strategic Shift Toward Large Models

Huawei announced at its Barcelona TECH Cares Forum that it has connected 170 million people in remote areas across more than 80 countries.

The company said this exceeds its 2022 ITU Partner2Connect pledge to connect 120 million people by 2025.

Huawei highlighted programs like Skills on Wheels and the RuralCow solution as contributors to the connectivity milestone.
