Asahi Linux engineers improved headphone-jack audio support on Apple hardware by reusing CS42L42 sample-rate values in the CS42L84 driver.

They submitted the fix upstream, where it was merged for Linux 7.1.

A backport is already available in Asahi kernel 6.19.9, bringing support for common hi-fi rates like 44.1, 88.2, 176.4, and 192 kHz sooner.
