Amazon Admits Its Flagship AI Coding Tool Isn’t Good Enough for Its Own Workers to Use

Amazon is reversing its earlier stance and will let employees use Anthropic’s Claude Code and OpenAI’s Codex through AWS Bedrock.

The company had previously restricted third-party AI coding tools and pushed its own Kiro product instead.
