Samsung Overtakes Apple for Top Smartphone Customer Satisfaction

Samsung edged past Apple in U.S. smartphone customer satisfaction, scoring 81 to Apple’s 80 in the latest ACSI telecom study.

Overall phone satisfaction rose to 79, while satisfaction with AI features debuted strongly at 85, signaling growing consumer value.

Samsung also led the foldable phone category, and Samsung and Apple were tied at 80 for smartwatch satisfaction.
