Apple cut $400 from the Studio Display XDR price days after launch

Apple quietly cut Studio Display XDR prices weeks after launch, reducing the VESA model to $2,899.

The nano-texture version was lowered from $3,599 to $3,199.

Apple also changed its website configuration flow to start with stand choice rather than glass.

The move restores a $400 price gap between VESA and stand-equipped configurations.
