Riot has released TFT patch 17.3 with broad balance tuning across low-, mid-, and high-cost units.

Several overperforming low-cost reroll units were nerfed, while multiple four- and five-cost champions received buffs.

Augments are now restricted by opening encounter in some cases, changing how early-game setups can be drafted.

Morgana was reworked into a four-cost magic tank that damages enemies and heals nearby injured allies.

The patch is meant to curb dominant reroll and fast-9 lines and open up more viable boards and compositions.
