AWS added User Experience Customization for the Management Console.

Administrators can now set account colors and choose which Regions and services appear in the console.

The changes help reduce clutter, make accounts easier to identify, and speed up navigation.

Access itself does not change; users can still reach everything through CLI, SDKs, APIs, and other tools.

Setup is available through the console and programmatic options such as CloudFormation and APIs.
