OpenAI tests Codex Realtime Voice Mode for ChatGPT

OpenAI appears to be testing a real-time voice layer for Codex, based on code and app strings.

The feature would let a user keep talking while background agents browse, check Slack, manage calendars, play music, shop, and order food.

It seems built on Codex Remote Control, but the model, product placement, and launch timing are still unclear.

If shipped, the voice interface could make ChatGPT a broader assistant for coding and everyday work.
