“Make it for Instagram” Text Command Lets Adobe CC Act Autonomously: “Firefly AI Assistant” Also Available from Claude

Adobe said it is adding an AI assistant to the Firefly app that can execute tasks from natural-language prompts.

The assistant can work across Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator to automate resizing, trimming, retouching, and social-ad adjustments.

A public beta is expected within weeks, and the feature will also be accessible through external AI models like Claude.

The move could significantly boost creative-work automation and efficiency while broadening the path from AI systems into Adobe’s production tools.
