How to get strong acid in Subnautica 2

Subnautica 2 players can unlock the strong acid recipe by scanning the processor blueprint, found around the Old Habitat near the Lifepod.

After building the processor at a base, strong acid can be crafted early with necrolei cysts.

Later in progression, it can also be made with gold and sulfur from the lava region, once you have the needed heat tolerance adaptation.

Strong acid is an important midgame material used for items like fiber mesh, power cells, and advanced batteries.
