New Surface Pro Business model starts at $1,499, touted as "more powerful than MacBook Air"

Microsoft launched new Surface Pro for Business and Surface Laptop for Business models for enterprise buyers.

Both use Intel Core Ultra Series 3 chips, with top configs promising better graphics and overall performance than comparable MacBook Air and Surface Laptop 5 models.

The Surface Laptop for Business starts at $1,499 and adds Wi‑Fi 7, replaceable Gen 4 SSDs, and optional privacy screens.

The Surface Pro 13-inch 2-in-1 starts at $1,949.99 with 5G options, and a Snapdragon X2 version is planned for later this year.
