Intel's Arc G-Series Chips Will Power a New Generation of Gaming Handhelds

Intel unveiled Arc G-Series chips for gaming handhelds at Computex, aimed at stronger graphics and better Windows handheld support.

The new chips are based on Core Ultra 3 and can use up to Arc B390 graphics, along with XeSS 3 upscaling.

They also add Wi‑Fi 7 R2, Thunderbolt 4, Bluetooth 6, and optimization for Windows 11 full-screen Xbox mode.

Acer, MSI, and OneXPlayer are among the device makers expected to use the chips in upcoming handhelds.
