UCP Checker’s April 2026 report says verified UCP stores reached 4,014, up 33% month over month.

Nearly all stores, 99.4%, have already migrated to the v2026-04-08 spec.

Shopify moved almost its entire fleet to the new version in four days, showing very fast adoption.

BigCommerce added its first verified stores, while WooCommerce and Magento integrations began to appear.

The data suggests UCP is evolving from a Shopify-led experiment into a broader multi-platform commerce standard.
