Automating Drone Airspace Layers for ForeFlight

A project converts OpenAIP GeoJSON airspace data into a custom ForeFlight KMZ layer.

The overlay shows permanent drone-relevant restrictions such as controlled, restricted, prohibited, and danger areas.

It covers regions including the US, UK, Europe, and Canada while excluding temporary restrictions.

The goal is to let pilots who also fly drones check restrictions inside ForeFlight instead of using separate apps.
