Private conversations, health records, and internal documents of Anthropic's AI Claude are found in large numbers via Google Search

Reddit users found many Claude shared links via Google search operators, and several outlets confirmed exposed content including health records, children’s personal data, internal documents, and work notes.

The issue appears tied to Claude shared links and Artifacts being set to public, making them discoverable through search engines.

After the reports, the links no longer appeared in search results.

Anthropic said only links users chose to publish were visible in search.
