Slate EV Truck Pre-Orders Will Open On June 24

Slate will open pre-orders for its all-electric truck on June 24.

Reservation holders can pay a non-refundable $300 to lock in configuration and a delivery window.

Final U.S. pricing has not been announced, but the truck is expected to start in the mid-$20,000s.

The base Blank Slate model is very stripped down, with many features and accessories sold separately.

An SUV conversion kit is expected to cost $5,000, as Slate tests demand for a low-cost EV after the tax credit changes.
