Proton Mail Aims To Make It Easier For You To Transition Away From Gmail And Ditch Google

Proton Mail is expanding Easy Switch to make Gmail migration easier for users.

Users can now send mail from a Gmail address inside Proton Mail, alongside existing Gmail import tools.

The goal is to help people gradually swap Gmail logins for Proton addresses and eventually leave Google.

Proton is also highlighting privacy benefits like end-to-end encryption, tracker removal, and no Google access to Proton inbox data.
