Khosla-backed robotics startup Genesis AI has gone full-stack, demo shows

Genesis AI unveiled GENE-26.5, its first robotics model, alongside custom human-sized robotic hands and a sensor-loaded data-collection glove.

Backed by a $105 million seed round, the startup showed robots cooking and playing piano in demos of complex manipulation.

The company says building its own hardware helps gather better training data and speeds up iteration.

Its full-stack approach combines hardware, simulation, and egocentric video to narrow the embodiment gap and improve real-world robot performance.
