The Switch 2 version of 007 First Light has been delayed until this summer

IO Interactive announced on the official 007 First Light X account that the Switch 2 version is delayed until later this summer.

PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC versions remain scheduled to release on May 27, 2026.

The game was originally due on March 27 but had already been pushed back by two months.

At the time of the delay announcement, Hakan Abrak was IO Interactive’s CEO and game director.

IO Interactive says the game is progressing well and is fully playable start to finish; cast includes Patrick Gibson, Gemma Chan and Lenny Kravitz.
