AMD's Ryzen 7 7700X3D Surfaces in CPU-Z Ahead of Launch, Bringing 96MB L3 Cache at Lower Clocks Than 7800X3D

CPU-Z has added early support for AMD’s unreleased Ryzen 7 7700X3D, confirming it in CPUID’s database before launch.

Leaks point to an 8-core, 16-thread Zen 4 X3D chip with 96MB of L3 cache and a 120W TDP.

The 7700X3D appears to use lower base and boost clocks than the Ryzen 7 7800X3D.

The update shows monitoring tools are already preparing for AMD’s expanding Zen 4 X3D lineup.
