Intops decides to terminate its trust agreement with NH Investment & Securities early after completing treasury share acquisition

Intops approved an early end to its treasury share trust contract with NH Investment & Securities after completing its planned buyback.

The contract, worth 130 billion won, will be terminated effective July 31, 2026.

A total of 722,307 common shares will be transferred to Intops’ securities account.

The move follows the June 15 trust agreement and related share cancellations and ownership changes.
