The initiative includes an SME AI Accelerator for 20,000 small businesses, a €500,000 youth safety research grant, and broader government partnership options.

Through OpenAI for Europe, the company aims to help public institutions and civil society use AI more effectively.

The goal is to close Europe’s AI adoption gap, raise productivity, and shape how AI benefits are distributed across EU countries.
