Dataminers Discover Xbox Backward Compatibility on PC Can Run Xbox 360 Games

Dataminers say Microsoft’s new PC backward-compatibility emulator is centered on Xbox 360 emulation.

The build can also run original Xbox and Xbox 360 ROMs, but the results are still inconsistent.

The discovery points to a possible future where more Xbox 360 and original Xbox games arrive on PC.

That would expand access to titles like Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and Fable 2 beyond console-only play.
