Xiaomi CEO says 3nm Xuanjie O1 chip shipments surpass one million

Xiaomi says its in-house 3nm Xuanjie O1 chip has surpassed 1 million shipments since launching in May 2025.

CEO Lei Jun said Xiaomi is now one of four companies that can independently design high-end smartphone SoCs.

The company plans to release upgraded chips every year and expand Xuanjie O1 use beyond phones.

Future applications include Xiaomi’s EVs and other smart devices, strengthening its broader hardware ecosystem.
