Hey @Meta.ai Is That True? Threads Is Testing A Grok-Like AI Feature

Meta is testing an early Threads beta that gives @meta.ai its own account and lets it reply publicly to posts with added context.

The rollout starts in several countries, including Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Argentina, and Singapore.

The move makes Threads more like X’s Grok-style replies, but it also raises moderation and safety concerns around public AI responses.

Meta is also widening AI features across WhatsApp group chats, the Meta AI app, and its smart glasses lineup.
