Grok adds “Connectors” that can operate external apps, with support for Gmail and Notion

xAI launched Grok Connectors in the web app, letting Grok work across tools like Gmail, Notion, GitHub, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Google Workspace, and Linear.

The integrations let users search, summarize, create, and update content across connected apps, making Grok a more hands-on productivity assistant.

xAI also added Bring Your Own MCP support so teams can connect custom servers and extend Grok to more internal workflows.

Mobile support is planned soon, widening Grok’s role as a cross-app work assistant for enterprise use.
