Centivax Closes $37 Million Financing

Centivax said it closed a $37 million oversubscribed financing round led by Structure Fund.

The financing included participation from Meiji Seika Pharma, Sigmas Group, Kendall Capital Partners, and Patrick and John Collison.

The company described itself as a clinical‑stage biotech developing vaccines and therapies.

Meiji Group was noted as holding the No.1 market share for influenza vaccines in Japan.
