Intel Foundry Lands a Samsung Veteran With 30 Years of Chip Experience, Betting He Can Fill Its Customer Gap

Intel Foundry has hired Samsung Foundry veteran Shawn Han as senior vice president and general manager of Foundry Services, starting in May.

Han brings deep experience in foundry sales and process-node execution to help Intel win more external customers.

The move supports Intel’s push to strengthen customer acquisition and grow its manufacturing business.
