Starbucks Korea temporarily eases refund rules for card balances

Starbucks Korea will temporarily waive its usual rule that customers must use at least 60% of a Starbucks Card’s final top-up amount before requesting a refund.

The relaxed refund policy will apply from June 1 to June 14.

Refunds can be handled through the Starbucks app, while unnamed physical cards can be refunded in stores.

The company also outlined the process for membership withdrawal from Starbucks Rewards.
