Marathon update just made Cryo Archive Sponsored Kits a weekly freebie

Bungie’s Marathon update 1.0.6.2 now lets players claim one free Cryo Archive Sponsored Kit each week.

The change replaces the previous one-time free claim, giving runners a recurring blue-tier gear boost.

Smaller bug fixes and gameplay tweaks are also included in the patch.

The weekly kit should lower the barrier for early Cryo Archive runs and help more players stay in the game.
