Scientists traced a record-setting Type IV solar radio burst that lasted 19 days.

Using NASA STEREO, Parker Solar Probe, Wind, and Solar Orbiter, they linked it to a helmet streamer.

The streamer was energized by three rapid coronal mass ejections, likely powering the long-lived emission.

The finding improves understanding of persistent solar radio bursts and could help refine space weather forecasts.
