Cagent Vascular Raises $41M Series D Round

Cagent Vascular raised $41 million in a Series D round led by USVP and Astoria Health Investors.

The company also completed first human-use cases for its Serranator SONIC IVL system.

Proceeds will fund the REMODEL II pivotal trial, the SONIC IVL commercial launch, and development of a coronary artery platform.

The financing strengthens Cagent’s push to expand vessel-preparation technology for PAD and chronic limb-threatening ischemia.
