Facebook and Instagram too, with the same account as Meta Quest... New “Meta account” announced

Meta is expanding its Meta account system from Quest devices to Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services.

Users can optionally sign in with one password and passkeys across apps, simplifying login management.

Meta says the existing Accounts Center will transition into the new setup over roughly a year.

The change aims to reduce password juggling while keeping app-specific privacy settings separate.
