USEN develops "AI store manager" to launch AI products specialized for restaurants, including automatic drink level detection

USEN announced new AI tools for restaurants on May 22, including an “AI store manager” that continuously links POS data to analyze performance and offer advice.

It also launched a camera-based drink-level detection service that alerts staff when glasses are running low, helping prompt additional orders.

The company said it confirmed the services’ effectiveness in real stores, including Kamado-ka Akihabara.

The move aims to automate sales analysis, on-floor response, and upselling to address labor shortages and raise average spend.
