Siri and Apple Home can control Matic vacuum/mop, here’s how

Matic Robots’ 1.44 update adds Apple Home and Google Home pairing for its vacuum-mop, bringing Siri and Home app control.

Users can start room-based cleaning, pause, dock, and trigger scenes or automations from Apple’s smart home ecosystem.

The robot can also be controlled on HomePod mini and Apple Watch, but locating it in Home did not work and Mac support was still incomplete.

The update makes a premium cleaning robot easier to use in Apple smart home setups without buying new hardware.
