DOJ Extracts $30m Settlement From PayPal Over Minority-Owned Business Program

The Justice Department reached a $30 million settlement with PayPal over its 2020 Economic Opportunity Fund for Black- and minority-owned businesses.

Under the deal, PayPal will replace the program with a new small business initiative and waive fees on up to $1 billion in transactions.
