Gemini app rolling out ‘Neural Expressive’ redesign, 3.5 Flash, 24/7 Spark agent, and Daily Brief

Google unveiled a redesigned Gemini app at I/O 2026 with a new Neural Expressive look and updated response formats.

The launch adds Gemini 3.5 Flash for faster performance, Gemini Omni for creation, and Gemini Spark as a persistent 24/7 personal agent.

These updates expand Gemini’s multimodal and agentic capabilities across mobile, web, Search, API, and Google Cloud.

Google is also rolling the changes out to paid tiers including Google AI Plus, Pro, and Ultra, plus related products like Android Halo and Antigravity 2.0.
