China: Pudu unveils semi-humanoid learning robot built to transform factory automation

Pudu has unveiled the PUDU D7, a semi-humanoid robot built for factory and warehouse automation.

The system combines robotic arms, navigation, tactile sensing, LiDAR, and the PuduFM 1.0 foundation model.

It is designed to learn from real-world operations and handle tasks such as material movement and inventory work.

With autonomous battery swapping, the robot is aimed at supporting continuous 24/7 industrial operations.
